Making a Start

When Chief Executives and owner-manager need to address the changing needs of their business, the most difficult decision is often where to start and at what cost.

Business Breakout provides an independent audit of a client’s marketing situation followed by an action plan and budget capable of delivering results. The IHM team helps clients to implement their projects, then steps back as the situation improves.

  1. Do you have a marketing plan that everybody understands and agrees?
  2. Do you have an action plan that states who will do what and when?
  3. Do all your clients know about all of your products and services?
  4. Do you know if the needs of your top ten clients are changing?
  5. Is your client and contact database completely up-to-date?
  6. Do you have a comprehensive prospect client database?
  7. Do you regularly communicate with all of your clients?
  8. Is your reputation better than that of your competitors?
