If at any time any client has any cause for complaint we would like to know so that we can rectify the problem and ensure there is no repetition.

Please note the partners will collectively discuss all complaints, responding verbally and in writing within a maximum of five working days, but usually within 24 hours.

If this response does not immediately resolve the complaint a meeting will be arranged between the partners and the client in order to seek an early resolution.
